Annie is the driving force behind The Land Specialists, bringing over 20 years of experience in the property industry. With a diverse background in property development and strategic land development, she has a strong reputation for delivering successful outcomes for a wide range of clients.Annie’s expertise covers the entire land development lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to navigating complex planning processes and maximising site potential. Her hands-on approach and commitment to excellence ensure that each project receives personalised attention, tailored to the specific needs of her clients.
With a deep understanding of the property market and a network of trusted professionals, Annie works closely with her team to provide clients with expert guidance and innovative solutions. Her passion for delivering high-quality results has made her a trusted advisor and partner in the industry.
Annie lives in North Yorkshire and loves being outdoors, walking in the Dales or on the North East Coast with her dogs Oscar and Nala. On the weekends, she can be found listening to 90s music and spending time with her family and friends.
